This 1-bedroom apartment with balcony in El Raval is 65 m² and includes a very spacious living room with a glass coffee table.

The highlight of the property is definitely a beautiful private terrace, furnished with table and chairs, and offering a great sun trap for the summer evenings!

The kitchen is large and has counter space for food preparation, washing machine, oven and stove, and the bathroom is large with a beautiful walk-in shower. The bedroom is luminous and bright with a large window to the interior patio.

El Raval is a really vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona. Packed with excellent restaurants, atmospheric bars and great shopping, you'll never be bored in El Raval! What's more, public transport is superb.

What we liked the most

  • There are lovely wooden floors throughout the apartment.
  • The apartment is surrounded by multiple restaurants and bars.
  • There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
  • The bathroom is especially spacious and modern.
  • There is a large flat screen television in the living area.
