A stunning 1-bedroom apartment with 2 incredible terraces is available to rent in Gràcia. The property has a modern living room, where you can relax on the comfy sofa and watch TV, or enjoy a delicious meal at the small dining table. The kitchen is new and has all the essentials, including an oven, a stove, and lots of storage space. The bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as access to the beautiful terrace. The ensuite bathroom is bright and has lovely tiling over the sink, as well as a sizable shower.

Gràcia is an authentic, well-connected neighborhood just to the north of Barcelona City Center. Here, you'll find lots of restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes to enjoy-- but there's a Metro station nearby for anything you can't find around the neighborhood!
