This 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent in El Raval, Barcelona. The living room has a stunning exposed-brick wall, as well as a sofa and several armchairs. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, and also has an electric stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. On the upper floor are the 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and which leads out onto a private patio. The other bedroom is smaller and has a single bed.
Living here, you'll be surrounded by shops, stores, and restaurants. There are also museums, movie theatres, and some great public transport options, allowing you to quickly get almost anywhere in the city. Furthermore, the Universitat de Barcelona is only an 8-minute walk away, making this an ideal location for students who don't like a long commute!
