Located in the heart of Poblenou is this 1-bedroom apartment available to rent to couples and individuals. The 70 m² property is move-in ready with wood flooring, modern appliances, and a cozy living room. The layout allows for a separation of spaces which also makes the apartment feel bigger. The living room is an all-purpose room with a desk, L-shaped couch, round dining table, and large television.

Poblenou is not quite Barcelona's city center but it is right next door and is also well-connected to the beach. On Carrer d' Ausiàs Marc, you are surrounded by bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the popular Spanish grocery chain, Mercadona. With all the basic amenities nearby, you can always take care of your daily errands on your out or on your way back home. You are also well-connected by bus, as well as train and metro with the Arc de Triomf stations just 6 minutes away.

What we liked the most
