This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for rent on Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, in Ensanche, opens out onto a terrace with gorgeous panoramic views. The 50 m² property has been recently renovated and has an open plan kitchen and living area and plenty of storage space.

The apartment's location is hard to beat, right on the Gran Vía, one of Barcelona's most important avenues. The metro stops just steps from you front door and you will find a movie theatre, tapas bars, restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. The Universitat de Barcelona is 10 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace has a range of furniture and an electric awning to protect you from the sun.
  • The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • There is AC for the hot summer months.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, and TV.
  • There is a large walk-in wardrobe.
  • Guadaira the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
  • The lively Sant Antoni market is a short walk away.
  • This vibrant central area offers plenty to see and do.
