This 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the lively district of El Raval is ideal for a couple or an individual. The apartment has all your basic furnishing including some nice decorative touches. There is also wood flooring throughout and a small balcony in the bedroom. Upon entering you have a bright living room with a couch and plenty of shelving. There is a small but equipped kitchen that also has a window with views of an interior patio. The exterior bedroom is divided into two rooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other furnished with several wardrobes.

On Carrer del Tallers, the apartment is in the heart of the El Raval district. Less than a 5-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya, you have plenty of stores and restaurants nearby such as H&M, El Corte Inglés, and a Hard Rock Cafe. Plaça Catalunya is always hosting markets and fairs, so you will always have something new to check out. You are also right next to the start of Las Ramblas, which is always buzzing with activity.

What we liked the most

  • We love the spacious bedroom with its balcony overlooking the street.
  • The kitchen is small but comes fully equipped including a washing machine.
  • Near Las Ramblas and Plaça de Catalunya, the location is great!
  • This is a pet-friendly property.
