The apartment is newly renovated and provides a cozy atmosphere with wood flooring and exposed brick. On the main floor you have a spacious living room with a couch, coffee table and rug, and dining table for 4. Next to the living room you have the fully equipped kitchen with a window that looks into the living room providing a more open layout. Upstairs are the 2 fully furnished bedrooms and a modern and elegant bathroom.

On Carrer de l'Or, you are in the heart of Gràcia. Across the street you have a plaza where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants for a no-hassle night out. When you want a change of scene, all you have to do is wander a bit further with streets nearby full of more dining options.
