This elegant and sizable apartment has 3 bedrooms and is available to rent on Carrer de la Providència in the central area of Grácia. The apartment has a spacious living area furnished with a couch, a TV and an elegant dining table with room for 6 people to share a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a balcony with a view of the courtyard where you can enjoy the sun and dry your clothes.

The apartment is located in the charming and vibrant Gràcia where you will live within walking distance of the city center. Right outside your door you will find charmingly narrow streets full of friendly shops, restaurants and bars and also a movie theater. You will be able to find all your basic amenities close by and the area is well-served by public transport for when you want to connect with the rest of Barcelona.
