This is a modern and spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, full kitchen and plenty of living space and wooden flooring throughout.

The living has lots of seating, a wide-screen television, a small bookshelf and large windows to let in as much natural light as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, oven, electric stove, microwave, fridge, drying rack and a lot of cupboard and drawer space, so no sweating for ideas of what to cook! The apartment has 1 shared bathroom, with toilet, sink, storage, and shower. Finally, there is a designated utility area with a washing machine and cleaning appliances.

Each of the bedrooms come fully furnished with beds and bed linen, heating units, chests of drawers and wardrobes. Bedroom 1 also has a private balcony. Each room also has an independent key for privacy and security.

La Dreta de l’Eixample is a beautiful neighbourhood with all the shops, bars and green spaces you could need - so you'll be perfectly placed to enjoy the city life.

What we liked the most

  • Our runner loved the property - he said so himself!
  • There are 3 really spacious and well-thought out bedrooms - each perfect for living in.
  • The whole apartment gets a lot of natural light.
  • La Dreta de l’Eixample is a beautiful neighbourhood near central Barcelona.
  • You can get to the metro in just a few minutes.

Things to keep in mind

  • If you choose to have 5 people living in the property, the bathroom may get a little cramped in the mornings.
