This 80 m², 3-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the L'Esquerra de l'Eixample district. On the building's 7th floor, the apartment receives plenty of natural light and provides great views of Barcelona from the large terrace. With an already spacious living room and dining area, the terrace is a luxury feature. You can choose to relax on the couch or have a meal indoors our outdoors. There are spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

On Carrer d'Arribau, this penthouse apartment is surrounded by everything you need. You have plenty of bars and restaurants just minutes from your door, as well as the Rambla de Catalunya, lined with shops such as Zara and Mango. For your day-to-day errands you have grocery stores, pharmacies, and other small shops nearby. There are also 4 different metro stops within a 15-minute walk of the apartment, as well as the Universitat de Barcelona campus.

What we liked the most
