The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and has plenty of cabinet space. There are also 2 full, newly renovated bathroom, perfect for multiple tenants.

On Carrer de Floridablanca, the apartment is perfect if you love to walk out your door and feel the energy of a city. You are surrounded by cafes, bars, and plenty of shops. Choosing to try a new route home will ensure you find something new to explore nearby. There are also metro stops for lines 1 and 2 just a 5-minute walk away, which keeps you connected to the rest of the city.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
