This 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer Roger de Flor, in Fort Peinc, is 90 m² and opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace. The property has a beautifully decorated living and dining room, separate kitchen, and 2 tidy tiled bathrooms.

The apartment boasts a fantastic location, just around the corner from Ciutadella Park and a 20-minute walk from the beach. This lively area is home to numerous restaurants, cafes and bars, and is also well served by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The living area opens out onto a balcony, from where you can step down into your huge private terrace.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
  • There is a range of appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
  • The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
  • You can access trains, buses and the metro within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

Things to keep in mind
