This spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Joan d'Àustria, in Sant Marti covers an area of 60 m². The fully furnished property has a well-equipped kitchen and a living area with a dining table, sofa and TV. The bathroom is nicely tiled, and comes with a bathtub and washing machine.

The apartment boasts a fantastic location, a 5-minute walk from Ciutadella Park, a supermarket, gym, restaurants, and bars. The beach is 15 minutes away on foot, and you can also access the metro nearby to travel to other parts of the city.

What we liked the most

  • The living area receives good natural light
  • There is a table with 4 chairs to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
  • The kitchen has a double sink, oven and good storage space.
  • Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans.
  • The Universitat Pompeu Fabra Campus de la Ciutadella is located nearby.
