This fabulous 3-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de Sepúlveda is more spacious than you might imagine and can easily accommodate 6 people. There are windows in almost every room, as well as a small balcony off of one of the comfy bedrooms, which are furnished with twin beds that can easily become doubles. The bright living room is has 2 sofas, 2 coffee tables, and a stand with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is long with ample counter and cupboard space, a gas stove and a washing machine. The bathroom, which has a large shower stall, is also very roomy.

What can’t you do in L’Esquerra de l’Eixample? If you love music, the Sala Apolo is only a 16-minute walk away. Within a 15-minute walk, you have the choice to go to the cinema, the opera, a photo gallery, nightclub and multiple restaurants. Just 6 minutes from your door, you can pick up groceries at the Mercadona supermarket, play laser tag and get a Thai massage. Even if you want to relax, the Tete Montoliu Garden is right across the street. You couldn’t ask for a better location than this one!
