On the ground floor of a recently renovated building on Carrer d'Obradors, this 2-bedroom apartment is an ideal base to explore Barcelona. The apartment retains some original elements that add personality to the space, like exposed brick walls and wood beams ceilings. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas are combined into one, which is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a 6-seat table. The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there's a washing machine on the property too. The bathroom is equally spacious and one of the bedrooms comes with twin beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed.

Your apartment is located in the heart of the oldest and liveliest neighborhood in Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter. It's a maze of narrow streets filled with a wide variety of restaurants, tapas and cocktail bars as soon as you step outside your door. Not to mention that you're only 2 minutes from the famous La Rambla and only 5 minutes from the gorgeous waterfront promenade.
