This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de Sant Pau is a super cute space with a small balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. You can either walk or take the elevator to your 4th floor, which opens into the bright and open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a large closet with a washing machine by the entrance. The bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom, can be part of the open-concept area, but you can easily make it private by closing two sliding doors. The L-shaped kitchen is compact but fully equipped, and the living space is furnished with a contemporary sofa, TV and 4-seat dining table.
Your apartment is located in El Raval, which means you’ll never run out of things to do. This is a busy neighborhood not far from the Gothic Quarter. This means that history is at your fingertips, but you’re closer to public transport, have access to more parks, and with restaurants, theaters and concert halls within a 10-minute walk, while still getting the perks of downtown living. Right across the street from your new home is an incredible 12th century monastery with gardens. For more everyday needs, you’ll find a Dia supermarket just a few paces from your door and a 24-hour supermarket just 4 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is adorable, but the balcony, which has a small table for 2, is fabulous.
- You’re so close to clubs, theaters, and concert halls that you might never need to use the metro!
- A nearby 24-hour supermarket is one of the most convenient things in the world, especially when you wake up with no coffee in the kitchen!
- Although you might not need it, having the metro, tram and a night bus within a 3-minute walk has its benefits.
