This chic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is for rent in La Dreta de l'Eixample. With a generous 70 m² footprint on Carrer del Comte d'Urgell, this apartment boasts a large living area, a modern kitchen with large refrigerator and oven, while one bedroom has twin beds, and the other a double bed.

There are plenty of restaurants around this apartment, as well as a few supermarkets to choose from. There are also several parks within a 10-minute walk, as well as a cinema. The waterfront is easily accessible by bus as well.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is stylishly decorated, and is a great space to spend some time with your flatmates.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The 2 bathrooms both have showers, toilets and a sink.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • Bedroom 2 and the living room both have balcony access.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • Bedroom 1 is an interior room, and will be a little darker than Bedroom 2.
