This interior, recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building that has 2 lifts. On entry, the corridor has a storage space that can be used to store cleaning items or whatever you want. The kitchen is new with dishwasher, fridge and oven. The bathroom is small, but functional and enough for all living in the apartment. In the spacious living room, there is an AC unit, gas radiator, dinning table with 4 chairs, couch, TV and arm chair.

The apartment is located close to everything - Las Ramblas are very close and, Plaça de Catalunya is 5 minutes away. There are many beautiful churches in the area and even Mercado de La Boqueria is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Around the neighborhood you have lots of cafes and restaurants and the apartment is just across the street from Plaça de la Vila de Madrid, a nice little park with Roman ruins and a great place to sit and relax.

What we liked the most

  • We love that the apartment is interior, this means more peace and quiet from the busy streets outside.
  • The apartment is in a great location close to the famous Las Ramblas and Plaça de Catalunya.
  • This comfortable apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with new, modern furniture and appliances.
  • The apartment has both AC and heating - perfect all summer and winter.
