This 3-bedroom apartment to rent on Avinguda Diagonal is gorgeous. There are two things you’ll immediately notice when you step through the door: beautiful wood floors and a flood of natural light. It’s an open-concept space, with an incredible modern kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The dining area, which has a 6-seat table, and living area with 2 sofa beds are divided by a shelving unit. Aside from being an open plan apartment, it’s also a split-level one, with the full bathroom and 3 bedrooms located up 2 sets of stairs.

In the immediate vicinity of your apartment, there is a gym, basketball club, the Glòries shopping mall, cinemas and four parks. If that doesn’t tell you that Poblenou is the place to be to relax and be entertained, then the reality of being a 15-minute walk from the beach will. You’ll fit right into this laid-back area if you enjoy the sun, the sea, skateboarding or rollerblading, and sipping cocktails at beach bars. You’ll also feel at home if you’re a fan of seafood, because you’re surrounded by tapas bars and restaurants serving up fresh catches!
