It offers a contemporary open-space living and dining area with a modern kitchen that’s fully equipped with appliances, as well as cookware and even a washing machine. The bedroom has a cozy double bed, and Wi-Fi is accessible from anywhere in the apartment, including on the balcony, which offers great 12th-floor views of the neighborhood and beyond.

Conveniently located in the second largest business district in Barcelona, Gran Via is the perfect neighborhood for anyone who wants to be near the airport or close to the largest trade fair and exhibition center in the city. There is a gym and a hypermarket nearby, and it won’t take long to find your favorite neighborhood café. While Gran Via is a little outside of downtown Barcelona, it's still an incredibly well connected area, with access to the train and metro, which will make it easy to explore the city before returning home to enjoy that stunning balcony with a view.
