This spacious and stylish 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer del Poeta Cabanyes. The best part of this beautiful property is the sizable terrace which comes with a barbecue, a table and some chairs as well as a Parasol, allowing for cool and comfortable use even on the hottest days. The open-plan kitchen and living room is furnished with a couch, a nice glass coffee table and TV while the fully equipped kitchen is separated by a useful bar area that has some stools.

Living in Poble Sec you will be close to the city center and many of its most famous sights. However, some of the best Barcelona has to offer is right on your doorstep, as this area is home to the iconic Montjuïc Park and old medieval pathways full of excellent bars and restaurants. The streets outside have some small shops where you can do your day-to-day shopping and the area is well-connected by buses and metro.
