This 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in the charming Poblenou district is ideal for postgraduates and professionals. The apartment comes with 3 furnished bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, while another doubles as a home office – ideal for studying and working. The spectacular living and dining room is the brightest part of the apartment, with wall-to-wall walls and sliding doors opening up onto a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a second shared bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small laundry room with a washer and drier.

Poblenou is a popular neighborhood due to its location between the city center and the beach. On Carrer de Sant Joan de Malta, the apartment is great for students attending the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, as the Poblenou campus is only a 5-minute walk away. You are also a 5-minute tram ride away from the Glòries metro stop, where you will also find a large shopping center.

What we liked the most
