This 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in a renovated traditional building in the beautiful Barri Gòtic. The apartment mixes some of the buildings original features with modern renovations to create a large, bright, and cozy home. There is a huge open-plan living room and kitchen, with a dining area in between. The apartment has beautiful wood flooring, with touches of mosaic tiling as well. Each bedroom has plenty of privacy with a private corridor and ensuite bathroom or toilet.
On Carrer d'Avinyó in Barri Gòtic is where all that is great about Barcelona meets in one place. You are surrounded by the city's beautiful architecture and winding streets that transport you back to the medieval ages; but as you walk you see the easy transition from the Old World to the New as you pass vegan restaurants, jazz clubs, and art galleries. Let's not forget that you are also walking distance from the beach – the Mediterranean awaits.
What we liked the most
- Xavi the homechecker loves Bedroom 2 – spacious, 2 balconies, and an elegant bathtub in the room.
- We love the sleek kitchen with modern appliances and a gorgeous island.
- You have access to the building terrace with amazing views of the city.
- There is a washing machine and dryer.
- The Universitat Pompeu Fabra is only 4 minute away – ideal for students or professionals.
- Less than 15 minutes away from the beach and close to the city center, you can't beat the location!
