The spacious 70 m² property is equipped with central AC, and also has a large living and dining area with a television. From the big window in the living room, you can see along Carrer de la Marina to the sea.

The apartment is located in a beautiful residential area, only 5 minutes from the beach and Ciutadella Park. There is a shopping centre just steps away, and you will find restaurants, bars, parks and a casino within walking distance.

What we liked the most
