If you are looking for a modern apartment in a central location, this 1-bedroom available to rent in La Dreta de l’Eixample is for you. Located on the 4th floor, you have nice street views from the living room and bedroom balconies. The 53 m² apartment mixes modern and classical themes with wood and mosaic flooring and yellow and brick walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and ensuite bedroom with a big double bed.

On Carrer de Bailèn the apartment is in a prime location in the La Dreta de l’Eixample district. You are very well-connected to the city, surrounded by metro stops and a short walk away from the Arc de Triomf train station. To satisfy your day-to-day tasks or entertainment needs, you can head to the nearby Mercadona, comic book store, Mango outlet, or one of the many traditional bars and restaurants.
