Located on the 4th floor, you have nice street views from the living room and bedroom balconies. The 53 m² apartment mixes modern and classical themes with wood and mosaic flooring and yellow and brick walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and ensuite bedroom with a big double bed.

On Carrer de Bailèn the apartment is in a prime location in the La Dreta de l’Eixample district. You are very well-connected to the city, surrounded by metro stops and a short walk away from the Arc de Triomf train station. To satisfy your day-to-day tasks or entertainment needs, you can head to the nearby Mercadona, comic book store, Mango outlet, or one of the many traditional bars and restaurants.
