This 3-bedroom apartment located in the central La Dreta de l’Eixample district provides a modern home for couples or individuals. The 90 m² apartment has been renovated with beautiful mosaic tiling and modern appliances but still maintains its original charm with the wooden beams and balcony. The living room doubles as a dining area, there is a small but equipped kitchen, and 1 spacious bathroom.

La Dreta de l’Eixample is the place to be if you are looking for charm and elegance. The apartment is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a metro stop and 2 big grocery chains – Mercadona and Lidl. There are also many neighborhood bars and cafés to explore and discover.
