There is a 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent minutes from the beach in La Barceloneta. On the 6th floor, the apartment has windows facing the large building terrace and easy access. The main room comes furnished with a sofa bed, allowing you to easily go from bedroom to living room. The kitchen is well-sized and fully equipped with modern amenities.

La Barceloneta is the neighborhood for beach lovers and fans of small-town charm. The apartment is in an ideal location, about 5 minutes to the nearest metro and about 2 minutes to the beach. Wherever there are beaches, you can always find great seafood, fun bars, and amazing views.

What we liked the most

  • On the last floor, the apartment receives a lot of natural light.
  • The AC unit will be useful against the summer heat.
  • There is an extendable dining table in the kitchen.
  • There is a chalkboard in the kitchen – perfect for grocery lists or to-do lists.
  • Your furry companion is welcome and will also be able to enjoy the lage terrace.
  • Walking distance to beach. What more could you ask for?

Things to keep in mind

  • The door to the terrace is located outside the apartment and it is shared with other tenants in the building.
  • The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator.
