This cosy, 35 m² 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer de l'Atlàntida, in Barceloneta. The apartment is contemporary, with a well-equipped, modern kitchen, and open plan living area. The space is comfortable, and well looked-after. The 2 bedroom lead off the living space, and each has a double bed and plenty of storage space. This apartment would be ideal for friends sharing, who want to live in a vibrant area close to the sea.

La Barceloneta is the perfect place to live for somebody new to the city. Living here you will be close enough to the historic centre to experience all of the culture that Barcelona has to offer, as well as close enough to the beach to make the most of the spectacular Catalan weather. Near the apartment is the Mercat de la Barceloneta for all of your fresh foods, and there are local convenience stores also.

What we liked the most

  • Your kitchen has a gas stove – the best kind (just ask a chef!)
  • With clothes-line on the sunny balcony you can quickly dry your laundry without having to clutter up the inside of the apartment.
  • This beachside district is full of cafes and bars, so there will always be somewhere interesting to go for dinner.
  • You'll be living just minutes from the beach! Summer will be heavenly!

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is on the 4th floor of a building that does not have an elevator. So no need for that gym membership then!
  • The water in the apartment is filtered, so you don't need to buy bottled mineral water.
