This property measures 60 m², and is decorated throughout with modern appliances and characterful furniture. The main room is designed in an open-plan layout, with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen which leads to the spacious balcony.

Barri Gòtic is part of Barcelona's old town, therefore it is very aesthetically pleasing, characterised by a juxtaposition of modern and historic architecture. This neighbourhood is also known for its party scene, and you can find bars, cafés and restaurants wherever you go. The beach and Ciutadella Park are also a short walk away - you have the best of both worlds.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment has plenty of personality, with exposed brick walls and wooden beams on the ceiling.
  • The open-plan living room has a quirky table - on closer inspection you'll find that it used to be a door!
  • AC units are spread throughout the property.
  • The apartment has several balconies.
  • You'll be living in one of Barcelona's most lively neighbourhoods, and the apartment is also near the beach and Ciutadella Park.
