The building in which it is located offers a quiet and colorful atmosphere, with a peacful intreior patio and coloful elevator doors, stairs, and handrails. The apartment reflects the same cozy vibe with colorful walls, artwork, and modern decor. Both the living room and balcony has balcony access, letting in plenty of natural ligth and allowing you to people watch on the active street below. The kitchen has brand new appliances, with an oven and a microwave, and the bathroom is quite spacious.

The apartment is located minutes from Las Ramblas in the neighborhood of El Gótico. This is one of the best places to live in Barcelona, a vibrant and lively area. You have a metro stop and the famous Boquería Market just 2 minutes away. There is also a Starbucks right around the corner and plenty of delicious restaurants.
