A 51 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in L’Eixample Esquerra in Barcelona. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need including 2 dining tables, AC, a balcony, and most excitingly, an enormous rooftop terrace, ideal for making the most of the gorgeous weather in Barcelona during the summer.

This apartment is unrivalled in terms of location. L’Eixample Esquerra is right in the centre of the city, surrounded by famous landmarks such as the Mansana de la Discòrdia where there are buildings by five different Modernisme architects including Gaudi's Casa Batlló. The area also has a vibrant LGBT scene and is a popular student barrio.

What we liked the most

  • The enormous rooftop terrace, complete with table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor parties during the summer months, while the balcony has great views of the buzzing street activity below.
  • There are 2 double sofa beds, great if you want to invite guests to spend the night.
  • The living room also has a TV and a dining table so you can have friends over for dinner or simply to relax.
  • AC will be a welcome addition during the summer months.
  • This location is ideal for those who want to be in the centre of all the action.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator but at least this will save you money on a gym membership.
  • The washing machine is located in bedroom 1.
