This 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment for rent is located minutes away from the famous Las Ramblas street. The apartment is fully renovated with a very elegant bathroom and spacious American-style kitchen. There is wooden detailing throughout the property including the beams on the ceiling, the kitchen's wooden counter top, and the wooden island to be used as a dining area.

Only minutes away from Las Ramblas, the apartment is located in Barcelona's famous El Raval neighbourhood​. El Raval was formerly known as the city's red light district, but now it is home to the popular El Mercat de Sant Josep (better known as La Boquería) and El Mercat de Sant Antoni. For those looking for cultural activities, you will never be left wanting more. Near the apartment you have both the Teatre del Liceu and Centre d'Art Santa Mònica.

What we liked the most

  • The location is very central, next to the popular Las Ramblas street.
  • The apartment is completely renovated and is available for rent with all the stylish furniture.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with AC, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and TV.
  • There is an American-style kitchen which makes the living room seem that much bigger.
  • The terrace faces the interior​ patio, so it is the perfect place to relax and have a drink sitting on the bench or small table provided.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 used to have bunk beds and now has a single bed.
  • There is no elevator in the building, but knowing the spacious terrace is waiting makes the exercise worthwhile.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped but has a small sink.
