A renovated 2 bedroom, 45m2 apartment with a balcony is for rent for workers in Barcelona's Gràcia neighbourhood, just 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. This flat is in the heart of a vibrant, central district filled with authentic or traditional cafés, bars and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with modern furniture and has 1 bathroom to share between tenants. The living and kitchen area are designed in an open plan layout, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy city views in warm weather.

What we liked the most

  • The neighborhood of Gracia is a bohemian area with a village-like atmosphere. Sagrada Familia is within a few minutes' walk and there are various transportation lines surrounding the flat.
  • The apartment is well-distributed, with the common area serving as the center of the property.
  • Tenants will have a private balcony in addition to the common rooftop terrace.
  • The American-style kitchen offers plenty of counter space to prepare meals. There is a dishwasher to ease your post-meal clean-up!

Things to keep in mind

  • Though all windows open to the street, you will be on the seventh floor and the street noise will not bother you too much.
