A beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for rent, equipped with air conditioning, in the bohemian neighborhood of Gracia and close to Park Güell. This large 80m2 apartment features comfortable furniture throughout - we love the sunny living area, as well as the colorful, fully equipped kitchen. You will be living close to the charming Park Guell as well as Parc del Guinardóis where you can enjoy fantastic views of the city. With the nearest metro station just 10 minutes away on foot, you can reach La Barceloneta beach in just 30 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
  • The luminous living area features a fantastic dining table, as well as a sofa and a television.
  • The colorful kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
  • The eccentric Park Guell and Parc del Guinardóis are just a 10 minute walk away.
